JESUS FORGIVES UNBIDDEN. jesus, when he was on the earth, anyone that sinned against him, he would forgive the person unbidden or unasked.he forgives sin even to the point of his demise. even at the point of demise. even at the point when everyone thought the would imprecate or curse his killers or persecutors, he rather prayed to his father ernestly to forgive them for they didn''t know what they were doing.it was at that point that his persecutors were traumatized or outraged by his inscrutability.even the holy writ (the bible) tells us that the sin against the holy spirit will not be forgiven, that the one that will be forgiven is the sin against the son of man(jesus)matthew 12;32 & luke 12; 10 Now that Jesus is no longer on earth to forgive unbidden, it is incumbent on us sinners to ask for forgiveness.the days of giving forgiveness unbidden is long gone. nowadays, we are being expected to ask God for forgiveness any time we have sinned. forgiveness is not something that is given unasked. Even the bible encourages that something will be given to us on the condition of asking(matt 7;7) you need to ask your fellow human being for forgiveness as one who has a conscience. A human being is not Jesus who can forgive without asking. even if a human being (mortal) will forgive one has asked. it will be some herculean or uphill task for a mortal to forgive his fellow mortal without asking for one. Forgiveness is like a commodity. just like money is used to purchase a commodity, so is asking used to achieve forgiveness. whoever you ask for forgiveness and he doesn't forgive you, leave the matter to God and he will intervene. Forgiveness is imperative to enable one maintain one's relationship with one.
